  • Complete conversion kit, ready to use: simply remove the cassette from the freehub body and install the conversion kit like a cassette
  • Anodised in various colours with laser engraving
  • Easy to install – only 2 tools are required
    • Campagnolo ED cassette tool
    • Shimano Hollowtech II bottom bracket tool with 16 notches, or an equivalent socket
    • A torque wrench is recommended
  • When changing the sprocket, the conversion kit stays on the hub, and replacing the sprocket itself takes just a few seconds.
  • The conversion kit is compatible with Gates® Carbon Drive belt sprockets with 13 splines (Rohloff standard) and conventional chain sprockets with the same spline profile, in 2 or 3 mm thickness
  • Note: any sprockets shown in the images are not included. A cassette lockring is also not included; you can reuse your existing lockring if it is suitable for Microspline cassettes.
  • Minimum gear ratio between the chainring/belt pulley at the crank and the chain sprocket/belt sprocket on the conversion kit: ≥ 2.0. The ratio is calculated by dividing the number of teeth on the chainring/pulley by the number of teeth on the sprocket, for example: 46/20 = 2.3 or 39/24 = 1.625
Instructions for use
  • High-quality chain sprocket with 13-spline profile (Rohloff carrier standard)
  • Precision laser-cut for excellent dimensional accuracy; finished by CNC machining
  • Wide compatibility: with the cyclepower components Singlespeed conversion kit, this sprocket can be used with various freehub bodies (SRAM® XD/XDR, Shimano® Microspline, Campagnolo® ED). It also prevents the sprocket from cutting into the freehub body and leaving notches.
  • Designed as a reversible sprocket: when one side is worn, simply turn it over and keep riding. This extends its service life even further!
  • Through-hardened steel with a special surface coating to reduce friction and increase hardness, thereby reducing wear. Not just the outer layer but the entire sprocket is hardened.
  • The specially developed tooth profile reliably prevents chain skipping even when the sprocket is significantly worn. It also reduces chain noise because the teeth engage with the chain more smoothly.
  • Exceptional durability: thanks to numerous improvements over many commercially available sprockets — 3 mm width, through-hardened steel with a hardness greater than HRC 60, and an additional special surface coating with a hardness greater than HRC 70 — this sprocket offers a particularly long service life on Rohloff internal-gear hubs and in Singlespeed applications, including cyclepower® conversion kits for SRAM® XD or Shimano® Microspline. Depending on the application and conditions, service life can be around 3–4 times longer than that of the original Rohloff® sprocket and competing products. Reports regularly indicate 2.5–3 times the mileage, saving money both on replacement sprockets and on the labour required to replace them.
  • The applied corrosion protection provides excellent durability even in conditions where other sprockets rust quickly and wear out prematurely.
  • Also ideal for e-bikes, where sprockets are subjected to higher loads.
  • Compatible only with 1/2" × 1/8" chains!
